Traditionally found in the Tentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol region of northeastern Italy, Bianchetta Trevigiana is often used as a base wine for Vermouth. Rarely planted in California, these vines are found in the very southern hills of Carneros leading to very exposed conditions, windswept with extreme influences from the Pacific Ocean and San Pablo Bay. Whole cluster pressed, native ferment in stainless steel for a fresh, bright wine with loads of acidity. Lemon rind, white flowers, pea shoots with hints of green papaya.
