Shipping: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Your shipment of wine requires an adult signature 21+ for the delivery driver (FedEx, UPS, GSO-GLS) to successfully hand-over the package and mark this delivery as complete. If no one is home to accept the delivery on the first attempt, the carrier will re-attempt 2 more times, typically on the following consecutive delivery days.
Packages not delivered successfully after the 3rd failed attempt will be returned back to us and there will be additional fees incurred to re-ship.
If this is a gift shipping to someone other than yourself, please ensure the recipient understands that someone needs to be home to accept the delivery.
The FedEx/UPS/GSO-GLS drivers are not allowed to leave your package at your doorstep without a signature. This requirement is mandated by law.
